The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions have specific meanings:

"Platform"

The tk1o website (https://tk1o.lat), its mobile version, and all associated digital services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "You"

Any individual registered on the tk1o platform and using the service is considered a "User".

"Account"

The personal profile created for each user during the registration process, through which services are accessed.

"Balance"

The total amount of funds held in an account — real money and bonus money are tracked separately.

"Bonus"

Any promotional funds, free spins, or other benefits provided by tk1o that are usable subject to specific conditions.

Account Inactivity

tk1o reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. In such cases, any valid funds remaining in the account will be processed for return.

tk1o processes transactions through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Our accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Funds deposited must be sent from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned to the sending account.
• The relevant payment provider is responsible for any technical issues arising from digital payments.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000. Or, depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses are usable in real money games only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• tk1o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

VIP Program

tk1o's VIP program has four levels. You can advance through them by playing regularly:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

The tk1o platform offers sports betting on cricket, football, boxing, and more, as well as casino games. The following rules apply to the use of these games.

Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment apply. If an event is cancelled or suspended, a decision will be made in accordance with tk1o's policy. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except in cases of critical technical errors.

Casino Games

tk1o features games from well-known providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, and Spribe. The rules for each game are available in its gameplay interface. If a round is not completed due to a technical error, the wagered amount for that round will be refunded.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the result of any game or bet, notify our support team within 24 hours. tk1o's system logs and the game provider's records will be treated as the basis for any final decision.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1o platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Registering using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Abusing the bonus system for strategic gain (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds or money laundering.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to harass, threaten, or harm other users.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any valid funds in the account at the time of closure will be sent to your registered payment method.
